The Large Cable Wire Recycling Machine is an industrial-grade mechanical system designed to recover copper and PVC plastic from scrap cable and wire waste. This dry-type recycling line delivers high throughput, reliable separation, and low environmental impact, making it an essential solution for waste management companies dealing with electrical cable scrap.

This machine is ideal for processing a wide variety of waste wires and cables including automobile electrical wires, motorcycle wires, computer cables, communication cables and other scrap lines with diameters from 0.3 mm up to 20 mm.

How It Works Process Flow

The complete recycling process is engineered for high efficiency, automation, and minimal environmental impact:

Initial Crushing:
• Scrap cables enter the first crusher where they are broken into small pieces (~10 mm).
• Material is then transported to a second crusher for further reduction to 3–5 mm fragments.
Vibrational Sorting:
• The crushed mixture of metal and plastic is fed into a vibrating screen separator.
• Copper particles are separated from the PVC plastic through differential motion and screening.
Separation & Collection:
• The copper and plastic streams are collected separately — copper can be sold to smelters or reused directly, while PVC is recovered for recycling or industrial reuse.
